[OPEN LETTER] INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY, MARCH 8th.

To strong women,

Dear female members, we congratulate you and all women, including your family members, on the occasion of International Women's Day, March 8th. In addition to the symbolic significance of International Women's Day, it holds a special meaning to reflect on the unique contributions of women who have left their mark on human history throughout the ages.

With pride, I can note that women have played an invaluable role in the social life, development, and growth of the public union when we look at the history of our society. The fact that one of the founders of our organization is a woman is a clear testament to the foundation of gender equality in our traditions established 30 years ago. This historical fact, in addition to the visionary leadership of women in the creation of AzerMDS, reflects their desire to closely participate in the ever-changing and evolving field of healthcare and events in society.

Today, the carriers of this mission, our female members, embody the unwavering spirit of dedication, actively participating in shaping and implementing our collective trajectory. Witnessing the incredible talents, resilience, and skills demonstrated by our female members within the structures of AzerMDS is truly gratifying. The contributions of women within AzerMDS manifest themselves in every project, initiative, and accomplishment, creating an echo of success.

An integral part of our organizational ethics is precisely gender equality and the support of women's public activities. It is no coincidence that 13 out of the 16 members of the AzerMDS EB/TO are women. Regardless of gender, race, language, religion, or nationality, we recognize and value the contributions of each member, striving to create an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated.

We believe that with diversity and unique perspectives, we will approach excellence on the path to our collective goals. International Women's Day is a celebration for us to acknowledge and appreciate the continuous support, empowerment, and progress of the women in the AzerMDS family. Your tireless efforts, wisdom, and dedication play a significant role in the successes of our organization.

In conclusion, I extend my congratulations once again to all women in the AzerMDS family, wishing you long life, good health, and happiness. I hope that, as in the past, we will continue to uphold this honorable legacy and preserve our deep-rooted traditions for future medical students.

With deep gratitude and great admiration,
Murad Yusifli
President of AzerMDS
